Showcase your technology solutions to meet the particular demands of the Air & Space Mission!

Industry Day 2025 especially welcomes small businesses and start-ups. Academia and industry are encouraged to provide live demos and hands-on training to benefit attendees.

Headquarters Allied Air Command will select exhibitors based on the needs of the AirC2 concept and target audience. Therefore the HQ reserves the right to accept registrants based on exhibition limitations. 

Companies must be headquartered in a NATO member country.

Space is limited to 46 exhibitors.

To assure the high standards of security inside Ramstein Air Base and HQ AIRCOM, the number of persons per exhibition space is limited to 3. Individuals will be escorted by bus into the installation thus the transport of large and /or heavy goods is not permitted.

Exhibitors will be provided with tables and electrical connections for their presentations upon arrival. 


ALL: A landing fee is due upon registration. The registration includes refreshments only. Participation in the Ice Breaker is included for 2 people, additional persons will need to purchase an further ticket.

NATO welcomes interactions with industry to gain understanding of new technologies and solutions to meet requirements. NATO also maintains robust ethical standards intended to safeguard acquisitions and ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability. Consequently, prior to your participation in AIRCOM Industry Day 2025, we invite you to be aware of the following points concerning your participation. We ask that you sign this letter to confirm your understanding of the points below and return a signed copy via email to the following address: Acquisition.A8@ac.nato.int.

1. Contractors may not knowingly seek “advance” or “inside” information that may potentially provide the contractor or any of its subsidiaries and affiliate companies an unfair advantage in a current or future procurement. Therefore, please understand that there will be limitations on what information you can be provided, including information that may be sensitive from a security or commercial perspective.

2. To safeguard competitive acquisitions, NATO cannot provide any improper partiality or preferential treatment to one contractor over another. Similarly, NATO cannot provide any endorsement of any contractor/product. Please ensure any marketing materials do not inadvertently create a misperception that NATO endorses a company/product.

3. Contractors must not infer any NATO promises, commitments, or other obligations during AIRCOM Industry Day 2025. Only a NATO Contracting Officer is entitled to enter into a binding agreement with a commercial supplier of goods or services.

4. While NATO military and civilian employees will be present, there may also be support contractor personnel who may review materials and advise or assist NATO. The expectation is that any presentation will not contain proprietary business information unless previously coordinated in advance

5. Contractors are required to comply with NATO and installation security requirements. Please ensure that all visiting contractor personnel comply with all restrictions.
