Security

HQ AIRCOM is a NATO military installation inside an American Air Base. Access to the Ramstein Air Base and HQ AIRCOM is controlled. In order to gain entry, you need to be registered via our webpage and be in possession of your passport and national ID's. Be advised that searches of your equipment and belongings will be conducted by the Ramstein Security Forces prior to entering the installation.

Once you are in the headquarters, NATO Military Police (NMP) may also carry out random inspections of your belongings. You are advised to always follow NMP instructions.

Exhibitors will be permitted to bring Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) and Portable Computing and Communication Devices (PCCDs) into the Administrative Zone for their presentations where a secure Wi-Fi connection will be available. No PEDs or PCCDs will be authorised for the Class 2 area and all devices must be registered with MP’s upon entering the compound and will be accounted for when departing the event.
